I am in the trade and got a couple of Premium Leisure brochures in the post today, did anyone else? This company must rank with Chinese stuff, seriously with their history does anyone still buy from them in Britain, I though what’s on the internet is from companies desperate to shift old stock.
If they are worth buying let us know as they included all their special offers to us and obviously many others, do they still sell direct over the internet as well ?
Any one selling this stuff or Hydro Spas?
Also anyone do the spares ?
When will the trade do something about the 5 year pro rated warranty con worked by several companies? It is not what it seems and in fact rewards the provider when a spa actually goes wrong as they make customers pay up to 80% of an inflated price for a part. i.e. £500 for a pump they price at £650 plus, who need labour after that !!!!! This practice disgraces the industry and many sellers don’t even know their suppliers are doing it!
