Instead of sugar coated advertorials in trade con mags, use your brain and read what is really going on this winter on this free and open site. This news may cause some squabbles with the Essex boys as both Maax and Vita have their “distributors” there, or at least did last time we looked.
It is rumoured that Maax Spas, (the US company not Australian), has acquired DM industries maker of Vita Spas. DM filed for Chapter 11 in March and cut over 200 jobs, but remained in operation, this begs the question how old is stock in the UK
Will this mean everyone will still be able to buy the Vita roto mould stuff from all the internet plumbing sites?
Administration or Chapter 11, it seems companies in Essex never seem to mention stuff like this when they are gushing in magazines, but then they are talking to real journalists or PR.
