Questions to Ask of Companies Selling Spas at Shows

Ask Has the company or its manufacturer recently been in administration and how old is the actual manufacturer from the formation of the new company.

Many spa manufacturers have gone out of business then the name has been used by the new company owners, this has caused many British spa owners to be left without warranty cover or service in the past.

Ask Are they selling all new 2010 models or do you feel you are being pushed towards what they want to sell you, that could be old stock.

Were they at the show last year, were they selling the same make?

Beware of false “Hot Tub Consumer websites “
